Cardio and Weights
If you are like me and understand working out is very good for one’s health but for some reason or another just don’t have the proper motivation to do it, then let’s meet at Fairway Rec Center to motivate each other and start a workout group. I'm thinking we start easy: Cardio for 30 min. Weights for 30 min. Let’s meet on Saturday Sept. 4 at 1:00pm. See you there.
