Cardio and Weights

We have three people who agreed to working out three times a week. So, if you are like me and understand working out is very good for one’s health but for some reason or another just don’t have the proper motivation to do it, then meet us at Fairway Rec Center to help motivate each other. We are starting easy: Cardio for 30 min. Weights for 30 min. We are meeting on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 2:00pm. See you there.
